drag & drop can not be invoked for 7zip extraction

    Description

      affected: reactos 0.4.1RC1, 0.4.1RC3, trunk r71288

      tested: 7zip 15.14

      1.) open a 7zip-file in 7zip
      2.) open an explorer window in C:\
      3.) try to drag a file from 7zip folder into explorer window with left mouse button

      expected result: the file gets extracted and copied to C:\
      observed result: nothing will happen, mouse pointer shows "forbidden" cursor
