Research kernel requirements for NT 6+ user mode APIs

We need an estimation what kernel functionalities we need for which NT 6 APIs, how common the feature might be used and potential workarounds.
This doesn't need to be comprehensive, any information is useful and should be documented on the (tech)wiki.
