Major Description
When building a (Live)CD we should be able to convert xml's to the .sdb format.
For this, the Windows api's used in sdbwrite.c should be replaced by helper functions, so that we can re-use sdbwrite.c.
The helper functions can use the winapi inside apphelp.dll, and posix functions when used in xml2sdb
