[hivecls] Add file type names

This patch adds file type names for the file types that are included with a default install (acm, ocx, tlb, etc.). It also adds the ability to open *.nt files as configuration files and changes the file type name for *.pif close to what it is in Windows.

I know that since this doesn't have to be a 1:1 clone of Windows, we don't have to change it, but the change that I made makes more sense since it gives the user a better idea of what the file does.
