Description
WinUSB - program to make LiveUSB with Windows, using Linux.
And you can find WinUSB source code, using this link.
Will you make ReactOS compatible with WinUSB?
ReactOS 0.4.1: How do I create a bootable USB flash drive.
Characters:
Ubuntu.
Gparted.
WinUSB (http://ppa.launchpad.net/colingille/freshlight/ubuntu ..)
ReactOS 0.4.1 LiveCD (http://reactos.org/)
USB flash drive (4 GB)
My actions:
1) Format the USB flash drive (It was formatted as NTFS).
2) WinUSB installation.
3) Then, you will check your USB stick partion (in my case - / dev / sdb1) Using Gparted, set the boot flag to stick section, see "Mange flags" in Gparted.
4) Go to the terminal, enter the following:
sudo winusb -install / path / to / image / /your/USB/drive/partition (see action # 3).
We are waiting for completion of the process. After that,we go in the BIOS,boot from USB drive. And we will see black screen with message (screen attached)
