ReactOS hangs when displaying "Properties for system dialog"

Steps to reproduce.

1) In the "start" menu choose "administrative tools" -> "system configuration"
2) go to the "tools" tab
3) double click in "system properties"
4) The "properties for system" dialogs opens, but the systems appears to hang. Hower, there is no exception in the log file...

I`m attaching the complete log and a screnshot showing at which point the system hangs.

Testing environment: virtualbox 5.0.20 in Ubuntu 14.04
