Problems with some user accounts

I tested ReactOS with some users.

*log 1
**Disable autologin
**poweroff

*log 2:
**Enable user "Guest", create user "Petr" with password "12345"
**poweroff

*log 3:
**System boot
**login to user "Administrator"
**set theme "Slate" and wallpaper.
**Logout
**Login to user Guest, loaded classic theme with colors of Slate
**Set theme Luna and wallpaper Bliss
**Logout
**Login to user Petr, loaded classic theme with colors of Luna
**change mouse parameters
**Logout
**try to bt
**poweroff

*log4:
**login to Administrator, loaded theme and wallpaper
**press Start>logout - nothing
**Stat>Shutdown>Logout
**user Guest, load theme and wallpaper
**press Start>logout - nothing
**Stat>Shutdown>Logout
**login to user Petr, mouse parameters don't saving
**press Start>logout - nothing
**Stat>Shutdown>Logout

**start button with errors
**logout with command line
