Microsoft paint does not show bitmaps on the tools

    Description

      Run the Microsoft Paint, you will see that all bitmaps on the buttons of the toolbar are missing.

      I have connected the VHD file of the XP mode on my Windows 7 machine to the virtual machine that I'm using for running ReactOS and I launched from there, I do not know if it happens also with the "real" mspaint, but probably yes, it does.
