Explorer not start a batch file from double click (ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT)

    Description

      Hi!

      I testing 71690 ReactOS edition, I have a simple batch file (dir command), if I run this file from command line work very good, double click in this file from explorer show a ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT error message.
      I attach two screenshots with this bug
