Properties window closes itself when closing explorer window

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open "My Computer" from Desktop
      • Select "Local Disk" or "CD Drive" and open its Properties
      • Close "My Computer" window
      • Expected: Properties window remains here
      • Observed: Properties window automatically closes

      This however does not happen with file and folder properties. Still actual in 0.4.15-dev-4579-g5882858.
