Description
Installing goes to the "%WINDIR%\". I'm tested, everything works.
Also updated the meta file for manager application (RosApps).
"src.7z" contains config, batch file and archive to create a 7-zip sfx setup (http://www.7zsfx.info/en/). You can create your own.
Installer icon taken from the inno setup.
