[PATCH] MSVC build broken

Build with MSVC got broken for r71893 with redefinition.

I suggest including <stdint.h> for msvc too. Because it may be already included elsewhere.
As bonus we'll get less defines and code

Tested with MSVC 19 and ROSBE 2.1.3 gcc
