Simple as that, create a file named "SAMPLE.PIF"
In explorer the extension is never shown.
In case we decide to implement the "hide file extensions"-option later, it would be ok to hide when selected.
But atm, it is required to be shown.
cmd + dir displays the extension properly.
Explorer & file-open-dlg do not show it, therefore I guess bug in shell32.
