Draging desktop icons is impossible

    Description

      When I try to change position of desktop icon (My PC for example)
      it does not change. Also creates folder called Desktop inside it is folder called Desktop inside it is folder called Desktop. Desktop folders number can be even 28. Youtube video shows that https://youtu.be/RItZ4Pl8JVg
