TurboVision apps might not use the correct default colours for their cursor and menus

gvision_bug.png is what happens usually (cursor and menu/status bar should be white by default).
gvision_demo_1.png and gvision_demo_2.png shows that sometimes the colours are correct (demo taken from ftp://ftp.oldskool.org/pub/simtel_msdos/msdos/turbovis/gvision.zip )
