Add Kvirc 4.2.0 in App manager

As the application works in rev 71992 & 72017, I think it could be great to add it in app manager.

I installed it with the windows package in Kvirc website, see: http://www.kvirc.net/?id=releases&platform=win32&version=4.2.0&lang=en
No error during the installation and the program works fine (except this: CORE-10605)
