Assertion failure 'CsrThread->ReferenceCount != 0' when shutting down

    Description

      I have encountered a crash when shutting down. The opened windows when shutting down belonged to explorer.exe, taskmgr.exe and palemoon.exe (they were all left running overnight). A debug log is attached.
