[media] Add source for rename icon to trunk

This is the source file for the rename icon now located in the shell32 library (the icon was created in inkscape). Adding it to the trunk (media\graphics) would give future developers the ability to recreate the icon if they want to (e.g. Making the icon have larger sizes for Vista+ systems) even if the original creator of the icon is no longer around. And I place this icon into the public domain.
