accesing other partitions problems

72057 installed in virtual box
windows 7 home premium 64bit host operating system

i give access to reactos through the vbaditions to see my physical partitions with full access rights. al my partitions are ntfs.

the problem is i have some programs that all needed install files are in the same folder. so when i access then from inside the reactos
1. the exe do not show the icon
2. when i try to run them it says not a valid 32ibt program

if i move the folder inside the reacos
then the exe shows the normal icon
and the program runs
