Installer Oracle infinite redraws the window and nothing happens.

    Description

      I tried to install Oracle 9i client 9.2.0.1.0. However, when you start the installation stumbled upon a bug. The installer window is infinitely redrawn (flickering) and nothing happens. In the debug log spam:

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/message.c:783) err: Message WM_PAINT
