OpenOffice 2 Installer does not work

    Description

      Even after the new WINE 0.9.5 sync the new OOo installer does not work. I get
      MessageBox saying "This package requires a newer version of the Windows
      Installer. Do you want to update the version of the Windows Installer on your
      system ?" Neither clicking yes or no works.
