Selecting a substring in Explorer in the directory path is not working

1) Navigate to any folder you wish with Explorer.exe,ie, C:\ReactOS\System32
2) Click in the textbox where the directory path is shown.
3) Try to select just part of the path,ie, "System32". You can't.

Right now our first click in the textbox automatically selects from the start of the string and the second click defines the length of the selection. (Thats the reason you cant select a substring which does not start from the begining)

The first click should place the cursor, and the second one the selection.
