"Assertion failed: Ptr != NULL" Window Close Lockup

    Description

      ReactOS 72146 fresh install. On the desktop double-click on ReadMe. Now click on the "X" a the top right and there is a hang. Debug log shows "Assertion failed: Ptr != NULL". Debug Log attached. Another interesting thing is that the Notepad banner shows "Untitled - Notepad". Typing "O <enter>" in the debug prompt will allow continuing. The task bar shows "readme.txt - Notepad" correctly.
