NO_MORE_SYSTEM_PTES bugcheck when browsing the Internet via StreamTransport

When browsing the Internet with it, it will sometimes cause a BSOD. Its setup and the debug log are both attached. By the way, it uses IE so Wine Gecko needs to be installed beforehand.
