Geany 1.28 hangs with endless MsqSendMessage timed out

    Description

      Geany 1.28 installs fine. But it hangs the systems with an endless MsqSendMessage time out (acording to the debug log) showing a sand-clock cursor. It is imposible to type a single character into the main editor area. I'm submiting an screenshot and a debug log.

      I'm testing geany 1.28 at r72214 using virtualbox under Ubuntu 14.04
