Booting installer DVD on USB only system.

I used a third party program to copy the ROS
live system to a partition on a system without
built in dvd. This actually worked.

I discovered that while the boot usually crashed
while loading the USBEHCI driver as is well known
on certain PCs USBEHCI loads fine and it crashes
in UNIATA instead.

It takes me into the debugger in each case.

I searched on line and found 4 versions of UNITATA.
1 2 3 4. The #4 one is the one modified here at ROS.

I hacked the ISO and replaced #4 with #3. Just to let
you know #3 crashes with same error messages as
#4 so it ap[pears not to be a mod made by ROS.

This needs to be put on the list to be looked at
sometime at a later date.
