[PATCH] Implement window class versioning

    Description

      This feature brings window class versionning, which is used by SxS to implement window class redirection.

      This is the first iteration of the patch, and could have issues with atoms reference counting, so please review carefully and run it against testbot.

      Tests for this are in ROSTESTS-237
