Make optional disk checking in usetup

Yesterday I was testing last trunk build on my real hardware environment, which has a hard disk with 120 GB capacity, the partition choosed to use is the 2nd primary partition and was previously formatted through windows xp format utility, so I was not need the reactos's format program.

When I choosed the partition in the partlist, the usetup follows to a checking disk page, in virtual machines it does not takes more than 1 minute to check the disk (usually of 4gb size), but in my computer it takes about 20 minutes, I guess it was checking the whole disk and not only the selected partition.

My request is if possible to make optional the disk checking process / page to avoid spend so many time in this step.
