[USB] ReactOS 0.4.2. hangs on every 2nd reboot on VBOX 5.0.26

    Description

      If I use the ReactOS[Screen] it shows me distinct errors,but I see the cause of this errors. It is a USBD_STATUS_STALL_PID (you can see on screen as "URB failed with status 0xc0000004" - it is described on https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff539136%28v=vs.85%29.aspx)
