Skype v7.25.0.106 doesn't show its UI when ran

    Description

      When ran, it just loads and then exits without showing any UI. I am attaching a debug log.

      EDIT: It (v7.25.0.106, available at http://www.skaip.org/skype-7-25-0-106-for-windows/download) and v7.38.0.101 (available at http://www.skaip.org/skype-7-38-0-101-for-windows/download) runs without any issues in Windows 2003 Server SP2.
