16bit installers do not work

i used nightly 72057 which i installed in virtual box
host operating system windows 7 home premium 64bit

BUG
oldcdroms with autorun at 16 bit
i have tried an old game Imperialism which is a win 32 application but the cd autorun and install program is 16bit.
the program realy does not need installation (thanks the fact it was also written for macos) so i just copy the installed folder of the game to my reactos partition.

i run the game and vuala it worked and i log in to the game natural.
BUT BUT BUT
the game to play it check the cdrom for the cd so i get the message no cd find.

so i imagine it has to do that the autorun in the cd is 16bit and reactos not really see the cd correct???
