Building ReactOS under itself: configure script failed to run gcc

I've tried to build ReactOS under itself at r72607 using RosBE-2.1.3.
The configure script failed to run gcc as you can see in my screenshot
I'm submitting also a debug log.

(I think that This is a regression since this part of the configure script used to work, see CORE-11513, and that this is a bug in ReactOS and not in RosBE)
