Simulation error in Bochs 2.6.8 since r71252

    Description

      When files copying starts in first stage, Bochs stops with error:

      31233659944p[HD    ] >>PANIC<< index > 2048 : 2050

      Looks like something went bad between UniATA 45j10 and 46d7
      Related: CORE-6774 and CORE-11157

      Tested with:
      r71245 - good
      r71252 - bad
      r72737 - bad
