Executing "iexplore" from Run dialog results in ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND message

    Description

      1. Press Win+R.
      2. Type iexplore.
      3. Press Enter.
      Expected: Wine Internet Explorer started.
      Actual: ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND message pops up.

      Note: iexplore.exe runs fine.
      Note2: this bug is related to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths" processing.

      r72810 was tested.
