kmixer system file is missing from the ReactOS system32 folder

One of the main files required for the audio subsystem in Windows is missing from the ReactOS System32 folder. The name of this file is kmixer.sys and I think it probably has something to do with audio mixing in windows. A quick google search for kmixer.sys yields some interesting search results as shown in the screenshot provided.
