Video: Native OpenGL fails

    Description

      Tested with wglgears.exe on SIS driver (CORE-12035).

      First some Assert fails with regard ../win32ss/gdi/ntgdi/gdidebug.h, line 140 (could be another bug).
      Then it fails to load the ICD Driver 

      (../dll/win32/kernel32/client/loader.c:384) LoadLibraryExW(glsis630.dll) failing with status c0000005
      		 
      err:(../dll/opengl/opengl32/icdload.c:196) Could not load the ICD DLL: glsis630.dll.

      Last the app runs put spams its console window with

      light_fast_rgba_single
