Shortcut Handling Bug in Recent Documents

    Description

      If you click on 'ibrowser' under 'Programs' in the Start Menu, it will create
      'ibrowser.lnk' in 'Recent Documents'. However, if you click on 'ibrowser.lnk'
      within 'Recent Documents', ii wil create 'ibrowser.lnk.lnk', and if you click
      that, it will create 'ibrowser.lnk.lnk.lnk', and so on, although the shortcut's
      target will still execute correctly.
