    Description

      affected trunk head 72975
      Symptom is the same as in parent ticket (riched20.dll regression)
      words "firefox", "certificates", "Offline"
      But we do not use a riched-control here.
      Unlike the parents ticket, this was also broken in r62981 (before the guilty rev of riched20).
      So I guess we have a similar issue as in riched20 within some other dll too.
