fontview: incorrect font name for Tahoma Bold

    Description

      1. Open two fonts with fontview.exe: tahoma.ttf and tahomabd.ttf.
      2. tahomabd.ttf should have "Tahoma Bold" name shown in title of fontview window:
      fontview_good.png (Windows 2003, GPL Tahoma fonts)
      fontview_bad.png (ReactOS)

      Here is the test for problematic GetFontResourceInfoW function:
