reproducible explorer process crash when dragging around arbitrary .lnk file on desktop

I am pretty sure this is a regression, but guilty rev is still unknown.

You just have to drag an arbitrary lnk file on desktop (you don't have to drop, just keep dragging and move the mouse slightly)
For example use the already existing link to cmd.exe
Explorer will crash then.

The same happens in file-browser with every lnk-file.
Log contains nothing of importance.
