[WIN32SS] window resizing misses redraw in Fox Audio Player 0.10.2 when using the inner-window-border

I verified r72998 is affected
I verified 0.4.2 RC1 was affected as well.

A strange bug. We miss a redraw (in WIN32SS?) when we resize the size of the window of "Fox Audio Player 0.10.2" using the "inner windows border".

Whenever this happens, the log is spammed with

WARNING:  NtUserLockWindowUpdate at ../win32ss/user/ntuser/ntstubs.c:978 is UNIMPLEMENTED!

and the result looks as in here

There is no difference in between r72998 & 0.4.2RC1 (this did not regress in between those 2 builds).

Whenever I use the outer border, it properly resizes without exposing that glitch.
Whenever I use the inner border, it shows the glitch upon resizing.
