[RAPPS-DB] Resource Hacker 4.2.5 wrong hash

the hash file for Resource Hacker 4.2.5 is broken.
I wonder how that can happen, that file should not have changed in the last year, we were always on that exact revision....
The downloaded setup runs fine.
