[WIN32SS] D+Browser 0.5 is just one redraw away from being a working browser

r72998 & r73036: I retested D+Browser 0.5 from rapps
It can render webpages now (and resolve DNS),

but it spams WM_PAINT errors into log the whole time.
When you minimize it and then maximize it after loading a page to
enforce a redraw of the main view, you will see that is already working quite well.
