Cannot launch virtual VirtualBox 4.3.12 after install

    Description

      On VirtualBox 5.0.28, bootcd-r70388(rosbe).iso, with sound, no Additions
      Error on launch after full install. Attempt to install partially fails.
      Virtual VirtualBox is version 4.3.12, last version that works on WXPx86 without complications.
      It succeeds on virtual XP.
      Some host devices that the installation sets up are missing, and one appears but can't be assigned a driver.
