Description
bulk - New translations (eventcreate, localmon, mode), update the modified existing translations, do a mass update changing the (excess of) reflexive diathesis into passive (mostly when referring to mere objects), and update the Romanian translation notes about this.
rapps - New translated additions, minor corrections, language reordering (0x041f comes after 0x0419).
