Zoom in and Zoom out not working in ReactOS Picture and Fax viewer

The ReactOS Picture and Fax viewer has two buttons, one to zoom in and one to zoom out. None of them seems to be working, nothing is dprinted to the log when pressing any of them.
Replication method:
1)Create a bmp file with out mspaint.exe
2)Save to desktop (or any other folder)
3)Double click it so it opens with the ReactOS Picture and Fax viewer. Other controls seems to work ( as the rotation ones)
