Drag & Drop seems to be keeping handles to the folder moved

From time to time I meet a folder which was previously moved via Drag&Drop which is impossible to be deleted. My guess is that we are somehow still keeping a handle/reference to it and hence it gets impossible to kill it. You'll have more chances killing Chuck instead.
As soon as the system is rebooted the folder becomes vulnerable again and with no merçi and several "muahahas" gets killed at the first try.
