      1)Download the redistributable directly from RAPPs
      2)It downloads but the installer doesn't seem to start
      3)Go to the Download folder and forcely launch it
      4)It nevers show the GUI but appears as a process in the Taskmanager and dies.
      5)Set condition * first always to catch the exception. It provides the following log:
