REGRESSION Office 2000 setup immediately crashes

Regression:
tested r73215
Office2000 could never succeed until now.
But since unknown revision the process "setup.exe" immediately crashes after showing the GUI for about half a second.

The log shows

(../dll/win32/kernel32/client/except.c:722) with the functionname : GetPrintProcessorDirectoryA

Did not double-check yet, but I suspect it was broken when we merged collins printing branch in r73039 & r73040
