Running an empty shortcut file causes crash

    Description

      I noticed that when I run a shortcut file (*.lnk), it causes a crash. When running it from the shell, it crashes it. And when running it from the command prompt, it shows an application error dialog box. On Windows XP, clicking on an empty shortcut file does not crash at all.
